A.I. is a new technology. It’s not perfect and has its limitations. A.I. is a tool to support you – it shouldn’t replace you.
Some things to be aware of with AI include
- Inappropriate content – A.I. may unintentionally provide content that is inappropriate or incorrect (1)
- Unpredictability – because A.I. uses what it learns and what it’s fed, it may provide a wide range of answers (1)
- Lack of Humanity – A.I. is a machine and cannot replace human thought, emotion or creativity (1)
A.I. continues to evolve and grow, but it will never eliminate the need for skilled people. To avoid misusing A.I., you should always double-check and fact-check all outputs you receive. Anything you generate through A.I. should have human eyes review it thoroughly before putting it out into the world.
